The plain terms

  • The share is 10% of the commission we actually earn on that deal — not of the property's price. Nothing comes out of your friend's pocket, and nothing out of ours before the deal is done.
  • Send a name only if that person is happy to hear from us. We call once. This is not a list to sell — the number is used for this one deal and nothing else.
  • If somebody else sent us the same person first, the share goes to whoever sent them first — and you are told that, rather than left waiting.
