Where these figures come from
- The homes are live listings on this site — houses, portions and flats being sold or rented in DHA Lahore right now. A home being lived in and traded is proof that power, gas and water reach it. Where a listing names its block we count it against that block; where it does not, it still counts for the phase.
- The possession figures are DHA's own notices, each with its date. Possession means DHA has finished the ground and handed the plot over. Phases 1 to 4 were handed over decades ago, so no notice of theirs appears here — for those blocks the homes are the proof.
- What we deliberately do not do is fill in the gaps. There is a place in our records for 'this plot has a meter', and today it is empty for every one of the 148,289 plots. Rather than invent it, we leave it empty and say so.
