How long a plot stays on the market
From the day a dealer first quoted a plot to the day it left the market — and a plot counts as gone when no dealer has quoted it for 30 days. The middle plot of each group is shown, and only groups with at least 8 plots in the last 120 days.

How these numbers are counted
- Saves and page views are this site's own, counted from 2026-09-18. One person counts once: a page view counts once a day, and only after the page has been open a few seconds.
- We store no name, number or location for this. A visitor is just a random key in our register.
- Left the market means no dealer has quoted that plot for 30 days. It usually means sold, but it can also mean the owner took it off.
- Buyer demand comes from dealers' own required messages — it is what the market is asking for, not what we think.
