Which plot is in demand

What this page answers

One question only: do you have to move fast on this plot, or can you take your time? Everything on the page is there to answer that, and nothing else.

It is built on counted numbers. Where we have no number, the page says so instead of making one up.

How a save is counted

Tap the heart on any listing and that property is kept for you. The same tap also adds one mark to that property's count — one mark per person, not per tap. Take the heart off and the mark goes away with it.

Signing in is not needed. A guest's heart counts exactly like a signed-in person's.

How a page view is counted

A view counts once a day per person, and only after the page has stayed open for a few seconds. Opening the same plot ten times in one day is still one view, and a page you closed instantly is no view at all.

Google's and other search engines' crawlers do not count — the message comes from the browser's own JavaScript, and crawlers do not run it.

How long it has been listed

This is not our own date. It is the day the first dealer quoted that plot in the market messages we read every day. A plot listed today is fresh; a plot listed 200 days ago has been going around the market for 200 days.

Days until it leaves the market

For plots that are gone we know both ends: the first day a dealer quoted it, and the day it left. We treat a plot as gone when no dealer has quoted it for 30 days.

Be careful with the word: gone usually means sold, but it can also mean the owner simply took it off the market. We never call it sold unless we know it was.

What the buyers are asking for

Dealers do not only post plots in their market groups — they also post what their buyers need. We count those required messages of the last 90 days by phase and size, and put the plots actually on the market right next to them.

Ten plots for one buyer is a comfortable market for you; two plots for one buyer is not.

The verdict on a plot's own page

Every plot that is on the market carries a small box: In demand, Normal or Quiet. It is not an opinion — under the word sit the very numbers it was made from, and you can disagree with it while looking at the same numbers.

Saves, views of the last 7 days, days on the market, how many dealers are offering the same plot, and how many buyers asked for that size — that is the whole recipe.

What we keep about you

For this counting we keep no name, no number, no location. Your browser gets one random key so that two saves by the same person are not counted as two people. That is all it does, and it can never be read back to a person.

What this page cannot tell you

It cannot tell you how many people came to see the plot on the ground, what offers were made on it, or what it finally sold for. Nobody publishes those numbers in Pakistan, so we do not pretend to have them.

And the saves and views are only this site's own. Interest shown somewhere else does not reach our register.
