DHA's own project list does not carry Bahria Town. DHA's joint-venture page names around fifty-two partners — KFC, McDonald's, Tim Hortons, Carrefour, Beaconhouse, Lahore Grammar School, Learning Alliance, the IMC hospital, Suria Developers, Goldcrest Mall and others — and Bahria Town is not among them. Bahria Town's own website lists its projects by city and shows no DHA project anywhere. And DHA's Phase 6 joint-venture land is still listed as available.
And the partner's own position
This matters more than the missing paperwork. In August 2025 Bahria Town's founder said publicly that the company's cash flow had been destroyed and it could not pay its staff. Hundreds of its properties have been frozen. By August 2026 the company was reporting that assets worth well over two hundred billion rupees had been seized or faced disposal, and that development work worth some three hundred and seventy billion rupees was suspended.
The one DHA relationship Bahria Town genuinely has is eighteen years old, in Rawalpindi, and in open dispute — a joint venture where DHA transferred large sums raised from the public and the schemes were not delivered, and which has been under investigation since 2018. That is not a springboard for a new Lahore project.
Our best reading is that this entry is a mix-up — either with the Rawalpindi joint ventures, or with the Pearl Axis Tower agreement, which is also apartments, also Sector A, also Phase 6, and was signed in August 2024. We are keeping the page so the question is answered rather than left hanging, but nobody should treat it as a real project.
