Educational institute, Sector Y Phase 7

This was the most satisfying thing we settled. DHA's own education page lists, in plain words, a school plot in Phase 7, Sector Y, of 23.7 kanal — exactly the figure on this record. And DHA's label for it is simply "school", with no operator named at all.

And "Edn" is DHA's own shorthand for education — the DHA education directorate in another city literally runs its portal on an address beginning with those three letters. So the most economical reading is that this row said "educational institute" and the partner's name was simply never filled in, exactly the kind of gap DHA's records carry elsewhere.

So we have not named a company on this page, and nobody else should either. If you see a listing or an article that names "Edn Institute" as a school group, it is repeating a transcription gap, not reporting a fact.

Twenty-three and a half kanal is campus-sized land — playing fields, a proper building, parking for the school run. The money attached to it is more than four times the Phase 8 school project, which points to something bigger than a neighbourhood school: a college or a university campus.

But note the contradiction, because it is real: DHA's own page calls this exact plot a school. Either the land use changed at MOU stage, or the value figure on the circulating record is one of the many that do not hold up. Both are possible, and we are not going to pick one.

Context worth having: Phase 7 has five school plots sitting empty on DHA's own list, in Sectors U, T and Y. And Phase 7 has no degree-level institution of its own — the nearest is on the Phase 6 boundary at Burki Road.
