We could not find the company
We searched for this company the way anyone would: the SECP register, a website, social media, business directories, news, and any other project with its name on it. We found nothing in Pakistan. That is not an accusation — a company can be newly formed for a single project, and an MOU is signed before DHA's own financial vetting takes place. But it does mean there is no track record to show you, and we will not invent one.
Why DHA's site would not show it anyway
One genuinely useful thing came out of looking for this project. DHA's website sorts its projects into exactly three states: completed, under construction, and club. There is no category for MOU-stage projects at all. So a project at this stage would not appear on DHA's site even if everything about it were solid. That is a structural gap in DHA's publishing, not a judgement on this particular entry.
On the money: at the build costs DHA's other joint ventures imply, Rs 6,180 million would put up somewhere around five to eight hundred thousand square feet — a single large tower or two medium ones, on land plausibly between five and thirty kanal. That is a bracket, not a specification, and we are not publishing it as one.
