Checked against DHA's own map
We matched this plot against DHA's own mapping data rather than taking the project page at face value. The record for plot 6C/A/161 gives 49.8 kanal — exactly the figure on the project page — and places it about two hundred metres from Dolmen Mall, a hundred and thirty from Avenue 5 and just over three hundred from Phase 6's Main Boulevard.
A warning for anyone matching plot numbers: this plot is in DHA's commercial layer, as 6C/A/161. There is a separate, unrelated 6/A/161 in the residential layer — a one-kanal house plot. An automatic match on "Phase 6, Sector A, plot 161" will land on the wrong plot.
How much of it exists
DHA lists it as under construction, and DHA refreshed the project renderings in December 2025 — so design work is live. But we found no construction photograph anywhere, no listings on any property portal, and no trace of it in our own market database of thousands of DHA listings. The developer's own website has not been updated since September 2025 and has since been taken over by spam.
Our reading: the agreement is real and dated, the design is being worked on, but ground construction and public sales have not begun. Do not treat any rate you are quoted for this project as an official price — DHA has published none, and the developer has published none either.
"The largest" — with the caveat it needs
By value this is nearly four times the next-biggest signed agreement on DHA's 2023–25 record, and it is the largest by land area and saleable area too. But that record is a twenty-month window compiled by a private portal, not a DHA publication, and it leaves out earlier landmarks like Penta Square and Defence Raya. The honest wording is "the largest on DHA's October 2023 to June 2025 joint-venture record" — not "the largest in DHA Lahore".
