Suriya Devs — sold as DHA Condominiums
DHA's own Phase 4 map settles the phase question. Here is what the towers are, what they cost, and what the site looks like today.

Phase 4 or Phase 6? DHA's own map decides
The joint-venture summary that circulates in the market puts this project in Sector GG, Phase VI. It is wrong, and DHA's own cartography settles it: on DHA's published Phase IV map, right beside the GG block, there is a printed annotation reading residential flats, GG-706, 47 kanal.
There is a second, simpler proof. Phase 4's blocks carry two letters — AA, CC, DD, EE, GG, HH, JJ. Phase 6's carry one — A to N, plus the CCA. A Sector GG in Phase 6 does not exist.
DHA's own project page for this project is not reliable either: its location field reads Sector Q, Phase II — which is a different project's address entirely — and it calls the project Resdl Towers, which is not a name but an abbreviation of "residential" left in the template. It also gives a height of 350 feet for a building of about twelve levels, which is not possible.
Selling now, building later
The developer publishes a full price list: Rs 32,500 a square foot, twenty-five per cent down, forty-eight monthly instalments and twenty per cent on possession, with one car parking space included in each apartment's price. A 1,330 square foot two-bed works out to about Rs 4.32 crore; a 2,378 square foot penthouse to about Rs 7.73 crore. Agents are quoting an early-bird rate of Rs 29,250 — exactly ten per cent below the official rate, which is a good sign that the launch is genuine and consistent.
What we could not find is a single photograph of construction. DHA's gallery for this project holds eleven computer-generated images and no site photo; the developer's own news page is empty. Completion is stated as 2029. Read the status accordingly: this is selling, not yet visibly building.
One connection worth noticing: the chairman of Suria Group is also the chief executive behind Goldcrest Mall & Residency in Phase 4. Two of DHA Lahore's larger private projects trace back to the same person.
