MB-1 — the first plot on the boulevard

MB stands for Main Boulevard. DHA uses it as a sector label in Phase 6 and numbers the plots along the road — MB-1, MB-46, MB-166 and so on. This building is on plot number one, at the very head of a 150-foot road that runs from the Ring Road to Burki Road and carries DHA's own head office and Dolmen Mall. There is no better commercial address in Phase 6.

Do not repeat the "108,872 square feet of ground coverage" figure from DHA's page. The plot is 37.33 marla, which is about 10,163 square feet of land — you cannot have a ground footprint ten times larger than the plot. That number is almost certainly the total covered area, mislabelled.

What to check before buying here

Three things, and we say them plainly because nobody else will. First, the building's final height is still marked on DHA's own page as subject to aviation clearance, and we found no news that clearance was ever granted. Anyone buying a top-floor or penthouse unit is buying floors whose approval is not publicly confirmed.

Second, the developer is a single-member company with no website, no other project and a social account that stopped posting in December 2024. Third, bookings opened in February 2025 and we could find no marketing, no progress photo and no news of any kind after January 2025. Twenty months of silence on a live sales campaign is worth a question.

Rates quoted in December 2024 were around Rs 35,000 a square foot for apartments and Rs 175,000 for commercial, on twenty per cent down and a four-year plan. Those are dealer quotes from nearly two years ago and should not be read as today's price.

The marketing calls it the tallest tower in DHA Lahore. At about 200 feet it does not appear in any list of Lahore's tallest buildings, including the under-construction sections. Treat that line as a sales phrase.
