Also DHA's own — not a joint venture

The headline on DHA's own six-page brochure reads DHA Owned Corporate Tower, and it describes the building as a flagship project of DHA Lahore. A private contractor built it and a private firm designed it, but there is no equity partner. Like Penta Square, this is DHA building for itself.

DHA's page shows a commencement date of 28 June 2021. That is almost certainly wrong — the same date appears on the Penta Square page, the one with the fake American address — and it contradicts a groundbreaking that the press reported in July 2017. Use 2017.

Who is inside it

The building is complete and occupied, and the proof is the same kind we used for Haly Tower — companies printing the address themselves. A software house gives its address as the seventh floor. A technology firm sits on the first floor of Tower B. An insurance company is on the second. A global sportswear brand runs a liaison office here. A coworking operator opened inside the building in September 2024, and a technology company was still advertising jobs at this address in September 2026.

Google rates the building 4.5 out of 5 from nearly three hundred reviews and shows it as open around the clock. One reviewer's line captures the intent: a place run by DHA that gives you a premium feel, with good coworking space.

What is in the building

  • A dedicated energy centre giving round-the-clock backup and holding the building's temperature
  • Underfloor air distribution — cooling and heating delivered through the floor rather than the ceiling
  • Fibre internet on a GPON network, a building management system and a firefighting system
  • CCTV, electronic doors and locks, alarms, security lighting and 24-hour guarding
  • A prayer hall for 300 people and a 2,000 square foot seminar hall seating more than sixty
  • Conference and video-conferencing rooms, a day care centre and a children's play area
  • A gym and gaming zone on the fourth floor, a cigar lounge, an executive lounge, a first aid room, a food court and a roof terrace

Why there is no price on this page

Because there is no published price. DHA leases this building directly rather than selling units in it, and no unit has ever appeared on Zameen, Graana, Lamudi or any other portal. No per-square-foot rate, no rent and no payment plan has ever been published. Enquiries go to DHA's own leasing line.

Two traps to avoid. A figure of twenty thousand rupees a square foot circulates near this building's name — it belongs to a different project entirely. And DHA Business Hub Multan is a separate project that genuinely does sell on instalments; its rates are not these rates.
