Haly Tower

The joint-venture partner describes Haly Tower as the first high-rise commercial plaza in DHA Lahore, and that claim is the most useful fact about it. Before this building, an office in old DHA usually meant a converted house. Haly Tower gave Phase 2 a purpose-built corporate address with lifts, backup power, central air conditioning and parking underneath instead of on the street.

The project was conceived in 2007, agreed with DHA soon after, completed in 2017, and inaugurated late that August by the DHA Administrator. At the ceremony he noted that DHA Lahore had grown from thirty-four thousand kanal to about three lakh kanal, and that this had lifted business activity with it.

Two numbers are often quoted wrongly. The plot is 7 kanal, not 100,000 square feet — that hundred-thousand figure is the covered area of the office component alone, as DHA's own page words it. And the covered area is 328,640 square feet, the figure given at the inauguration, not the 502,000 that appears on one developer page.

Three parties. DHA Lahore brought the land. Global Haly International — a group with offices in DHA Phase 3, Dubai and the United States, and other projects in Karachi, DHA Multan and Islamabad — holds the controlling shares. Landmark Builders & Developers handled the development, construction, marketing and sale, and keeps an office in the building itself.

• Four basement levels of parking for 300 to 400 cars — the single biggest reason the offices here fill up.
• Lower ground, ground, first and second floors: the shopping mall. Imtiaz Super Market is the anchor, on the lower ground.
• Third floor: the food court and a children's play area. Chaaye Khana runs here from eight in the morning to midnight and carries 4.2 out of 5 from more than five hundred reviews of its own.
• Fourth to eleventh floors: 119 corporate offices, served by eight high-speed lifts.
• Building services: 24-hour armed security with CCTV, a central fire safety system, full-building central air conditioning, standby power for the whole tower, an on-site medical centre and a mosque, ATMs, a gym, complimentary valet parking, and a rent-collection service offered to owners.

The strongest proof that a building is occupied is not a brochure — it is companies printing the address on their own websites. Several do. A software house sits on the fifth floor, another on the eleventh, a third on the seventh and a fourth on the second. Imtiaz Super Market anchors the lower ground and Chaaye Khana runs on the third.

Property portals also circulate a long list of forty or so famous names said to be in the building. We have deliberately not printed it: that list appears word for word across several sites and traces back to one old marketing text. We name only what we could verify independently.

This is the single most telling fact about Haly Tower today. In September 2026 there were four offices and one shop available to rent — and nothing at all for sale. Zero offices, zero commercial units, on both of the main portals.

A building where units are held and let, not traded, is a building whose owners are happy. Monthly office rents in that window ran from about one and a half lakh to three and a third lakh rupees, with the portal's own average around two and a quarter lakh. The 2017 launch price list — ninety-three thousand a square foot for a ground-floor shop, fifteen to seventeen thousand for an office — is nine years old and should never be quoted as current.
