What it is
Dolmen Mall Lahore opened in Sector A of DHA Phase 6 in December 2024. It is reported as the third largest covered mall in Pakistan and the second largest in Lahore, with a hypermarket on the ground floor and three retail levels above it, over two basement levels of parking.
For a phase that until recently had street-level commercial and little else, this is a change of kind, not of degree. Sector A already held DHA's own head office and transfer office; the mall gave it a destination the rest of Lahore drives to.
Why it matters for Sector A plots
Look at what has gathered around this one corner of Phase 6. Pearl Axis Tower — four residential towers on 49.8 kanal — sits about two hundred metres from the mall and its marketing leads with the words "opposite Dolmen Mall". The plot immediately next to it, 33 kanal, is still on DHA's own list of land available to partners. DHA's head office is here. The Main Boulevard is a few minutes away.
We could find no published before-and-after study of what the mall did to commercial plot rates in Phase 6. Anyone quoting a percentage is guessing. What can be said honestly is that developers are now describing their own projects by their distance from it.
