Jasmine Hall, Phase 12

DHA issued this request for proposal in April 2026. Of the one hundred and forty-one parcels on its joint-venture map, this is the one it is actively asking for partners on right now.

What DHA is actually asking for

The document is titled a request for proposal for the development and operation of an indoor entertainment facility in DHA Phase XII. DHA says it is inviting proposals from reputable and experienced operators, and it names what it wants inside.

  • Arcade and interactive gaming
  • Immersive and digital experiences
  • Family and social entertainment zones
  • A bowling alley
  • A cafe

How the deal would work

DHA offers two shapes: straight rental, or build-operate-transfer, where the partner builds it, runs it for an agreed term and then hands it back. An interested party starts by sending a letter of interest with a company profile and a record of relevant projects. Those who are shortlisted then receive the feasibility, the site plans and the investment structure.

The document names no deadline, and DHA's joint-venture page shows it as a standing fresh opportunity rather than a closing tender. Ring the numbers above before assuming it is still open.

Jasmine is not a block in Phase 12

A common assumption is that DHA Phase 12, the EME Sector, has flower-named blocks and that Jasmine is one of them. It does not. Phase 12's blocks are lettered A through J, with some named after rivers — Chenab, Indus, Ravi. Its streets, on DHA's own Phase XII map, carry the names of scholars and places: Ghazali, Farabi, Rumi, Razi, Sina, Biruni, Nadvi, Shibli, Kashmir, Kaghan, Satpara, Nishtar.

The flower-named blocks — Jasmine, Tulip, Rose — belong to Sector C of Bahria Town Lahore, an entirely different society. If you are searching for a plot and a listing mentions Jasmine Block, check which society it is in before you go any further.

A separate Jasmine Halls also exists — and we are not linking them

There is a private banquet hall in DHA EME called Jasmine Halls, on Cheema Avenue East in the Indus Block, taking somewhere between fifty and a thousand guests. The name matches. Nothing else does — not one source connects that business to the land DHA is now offering. It would be easy to assume they are the same building. We are not assuming it, and neither should you.

Phase 12 itself, for context

DHA Phase 12 was the EME Cooperative Housing Society before DHA took it. It sits on Multan Road along the Lahore Branch canal, about four kilometres from Thokar Niaz Baig — roughly seven hundred and thirty-seven acres, which is between five and six thousand kanal. It is described as fully developed and largely lived in, sealed and gated with controlled entry, with its own markets, mosques, parks, schools, medical centres and a sports club that has a sixty-foot climbing wall, mini golf and a floodlit cricket ground.

That matters for whoever takes this deal. An entertainment centre needs people who already live nearby, and Phase 12 has them. It is not a phase waiting to fill up — it is full.

DHA gives no plot number and no coordinates in the document, and directs anyone wanting detail to its joint-venture map. We searched that map and found no Jasmine Hall record on it. So the exact location is not public.

Common questions

Is Jasmine Hall already built?

DHA's document asks a partner to develop and operate the facility, so it is an offer, not an operating venue. Whether a structure already stands on the site is not stated anywhere.

Is Jasmine a block in DHA EME?

No. Phase 12's blocks are lettered A to J with some named after rivers. The flower-named blocks, including Jasmine, are in Sector C of Bahria Town Lahore — a different society.
