The flagship, in the brand's own words
On 15 March 2025 the brand announced this outlet as its seventy-second and grandest, with delivery starting three days later. A follow-up video that month called it the grandest flagship of all its outlets. This is not a branch — by the operator's own account it is the biggest thing they run.
One detail worth carrying: delivery customers rate it around 4.8 while people who walk in rate it around 3.9. Both numbers are real and they disagree, which is itself useful to know before you drive there.
Plot 254 — one address, four businesses
This is worth knowing for anyone matching addresses in Sector G. Plot 254 is a subdivided commercial plot with a building on it, and it holds more than one business: OPTP at 254/4, Pind Restaurant at 254/2, a coworking space on the second floor and a day spa and salon in the same building.
DHA's own joint-venture page carries the OPTP logo among what it calls fifty-two success stories, alongside KFC, McDonald's, Tim Hortons and Carrefour. That is DHA itself confirming the partnership — the strongest kind of confirmation available.
