XX Sports Complex, Phase 3

Phase 3. DHA's own project list names this complex without a phase — it just says XX Sports Club — and that has left people guessing between Phase 3 and Phase 4, both of which use double-letter blocks. Three DHA documents settle it: the membership form is headed XX Sports Complex Phase-III, the December 2025 rate sheet is headed XX and MPH Sports Complex Ph III, and the streets in the block are themselves named Sec XX Ph 3.

These are the resident rates. A non-resident pays roughly a quarter more across the board, and there is a separate lower jogging rate for senior citizens. Guest charges and coaching rates are on the same sheet.

Look at the All Sports line before anything else. Eleven sports for two thousand nine hundred rupees a month is less than the gym alone costs at the same complex — DHA prices the single facility higher than the whole package.

• Gym — separate for men and ladies — plus an open fitness centre

• A multi-purpose hall attached to the complex

There is no swimming pool here. DHA's swimming is at the K Swimming Pool Complex in Phase 5 and the Y Block pool in Phase 3.

A national-level cricket academy runs here for boys and girls both. The rate sheet also lists a football academy in under-ten and above-ten groups, a cricket academy in the same two groups, a skating club, a badminton academy with coaching, tennis with coaching, and a separate school category for DHA and LGES students.

Membership is valid at this complex only — it does not carry across to DHA's other sports complexes. There is a freeze and defreeze policy if you need to pause, and a dress code applies. Booking the stadium or the complex for an event goes through a separate DHA form.

Every figure on this page is from a rate sheet DHA Lahore published itself in December 2025. We have not rounded them, converted them or averaged them. Where DHA gives a registration fee and a monthly fee separately, we have kept them separate, because they are separate payments.

Rates change. Check the date on this page against today's date, and if a long time has passed, ring the complex before you count on a number. We would rather you rang than that we quietly refreshed a figure we could not verify.
