K Swimming Pool Complex, Phase 5

Phase 5. There is a K Block in Phase 1 and a Sector K in Phase 6, and the pool is in neither. DHA's own registration form is headed Swimming Pool K Block Phase-V, its rate sheet is headed K-Swimming Pool, Ph V, and the company that built it gives the site as Sector K, Phase V.

Astral Constructors built it between 2013 and 2015 and describe it as only the third Olympic-size swimming pool in Pakistan, and the first one that is covered and heated. That last part is the practical difference — it means the pool works in December as well as in June, which almost no other pool in Lahore does.

The same complex carries separate men's and ladies' gyms, a spa, ladies-only yoga classes taking thirty to forty, and table tennis. DHA does not publish the pool's length, its depth, or whether there is a children's pool or a diving board — so we do not either.

Each member is assigned one shift, subject to availability. These times are from DHA's own registration form, page two.

A blog gives the hours as six in the morning to eight at night, every day. That contradicts DHA's own form, which closes the pool on Saturdays. Trust the form.

All figures are from DHA's own December 2025 rate list and are stated by DHA as tax-inclusive. The separate coaching fee on that sheet is Rs 4,640.

Figures of two and a half thousand or five thousand a month, and thirty or sixty thousand a year, circulate in blogs about this pool. They contradict DHA's own sheet. Do not plan around them.

Children under five are not permitted. Children between five and ten must be accompanied by an adult. Students of institutions inside DHA may join, and so may non-residents, at the higher rate. A freeze and defreeze policy applies, charged at five per cent of the subscription while frozen.

• A medical fitness certificate from the DHA Medical Centre — valid for one year
• A certificate from a parent or guardian about the child's swimming ability
• A plot allotment letter or a rent deed, for residents

Every figure on this page is from a rate sheet DHA Lahore published itself in December 2025. We have not rounded them, converted them or averaged them. Where DHA gives a registration fee and a monthly fee separately, we have kept them separate, because they are separate payments.

Rates change. Check the date on this page against today's date, and if a long time has passed, ring the complex before you count on a number. We would rather you rang than that we quietly refreshed a figure we could not verify.
