The things DHA built for the people living in its phases rather than to sell — and, because club eligibility travels with a plot, part of what a plot in those phases is worth.

The clubs
The four working clubs come to about a hundred and thirty-one kanal between them. The one DHA is building in Phase 6 is a hundred and seventy-one on its own.

The sports complexes and pools
Here is something worth noticing. DHA publishes a full, dated rate sheet for every one of its sports facilities — resident and non-resident, sport by sport. For its clubs it publishes nothing at all, and tells you to visit or call. Same organisation, two different habits.

Three more DHA sports facilities have membership forms on DHA's site but no page of their own: the G Sports Complex, the MPH hall at XX, and the Stadium in L Sector, Phase 1. We have not written pages for them because DHA publishes nothing beyond the form.
And the entry we left out
DHA's project list carries an Animal Hospital, shown as a Phase 6 project. Its page gives the name of a veterinary clinic in the United States. It is leftover demonstration content from the website's template, not a DHA project, and we have not given it a page.
Common questions
For the sports complexes and pools, yes — DHA's rate sheets have a full non-resident column, at roughly a quarter more. For the FF Sector club, yes, at Rs 350,000 against Rs 250,000. For the other clubs DHA publishes nothing, so ask them.
Phase 6 — the Capt Fasih Babar Amin Shaheed Sports Complex, the Defence Raya golf course, and the 171-kanal Defence Revelation Club now being built.
